Alteya Organics was officially founded in 1999. However, the cultivation and care of roses is a family tradition that began in the early 1900s. The organic rose fields of Alteya, shielded by the slopes of two majestic mountain ranges, lie in the heart of the Bulgarian Rose Valley, the land of the Thracian kings and home to the most beautiful flower in the world – the Bulgarian Rose.

Ethically produced:  Alteya Organics is a company where all members of the team are taken into account. It's like true family. They are convinced that it is an important responsibility to create a positive, energetic work environment. Alteya is committed to bringing prosperity to the local community and they share their success with those around them. Alteya has more than 50 full-time employees, but provides work for more than 400 additional families during the harvest.

Locally produced: the products are made in Bulgaria, within Europe. 

Eco-friendly: Organic Damascus roses are used to make fine, natural skin products. Besides, only natural and mainly organic ingrediënts are added to the products.
