This refined knitted tank top catches the eye with its beautiful deep color and high quality yarn.
While visiting Italy, we were inspired by the colors and luxurious fabrics in Renaissance paintings. The beautiful Siena red, Madonna blue and ocher from natural pigments, and the soft shine of silk and velvet left a deep impression on us.
We were looking for a yarn of comparable luxury and quality to realize our design. We found that in a wonderful quality mercerized cotton. It feels and looks like silk, but has all the comfort and convenience of cotton.
We opted for an apparently simple, but well-thought-out model that shows off the color and quality of the yarn. The relief of the knitted ribs captures the light, while the placement of the lines subtly follows the natural feminine shapes.
The square neckline again refers to that of the Renaissance fashion, but is also very contemporary.
The sweater can be combined very well with other collections from Studio Myr or with pieces from your own wardrobe. Wear it both casual and chic. To work or when it gets a bit cooler, you can combine it with a jacket or cardigan.
Due to the high quality of the yarn and the knit and the timelessness of the color and the model, you will enjoy it for years to come.
