This bamboo yoga top is inspired by the Sanskrit word bhav, sometimes called bhava. Briefly translated, it means “emotions”, but the word means more than that. One interpretation of bhav is to be fully aware of one’s higher self, or even God, in everyday activities. Sometimes the term is also translated as “emotional state of mind”. You must keep your bhavas positive. According to Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, this is done through yoga techniques such as yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation. Because a negative bhava makes it very difficult to fulfill your dharma, your life purpose. This printed bhav yoga top gives you a hand in the right direction: only positive vibes through this playful pattern.
