Cat visits these workshops regularly and can confirm that the clothing is produced under fair working conditions. Both the managers of these facilities have also signed a document to state that they strive to comply with the main points in the ETI (Ethical Trading Initiative) Base Code. Cat Turner only uses natural materials, such as Tencel, linen and cotton. Most of the fabrics are Oeko-Tex certified. The brand likes cotton because it is breathable and biodegradable. It uses deadstock cotton and normal cotton and is looking for suitable partners for organic / fairtrade alternatives. Cat Turner London also uses biodegradable packaging and marketing materials.
