Short description
SURU STUDIOS’ HOODIE SAMU is made of 100% organic cotton. It is crafted from a heavy weight cotton with 450 GSM and inside loop back texture inside. This high-quality, unisex SURU STUDIOS hoodie is designed to fit everyone due to its slightly oversized, casual fit. The clean and easy silhouette is soft to the touch and comes with a double-lined hood, ribbed cuffs and hemline, ensuring ultimate comfort. For a more elevated fit, style it with our matching pants or T-shirts underneath. On the backside, printed coordinates referring to our production site in Dhaka, Bangladesh, embellish the shoulder area, and a printed SURU STUDIOS logo graces the left arm. As all our styles, the SAMU HOODIE features a sage green woven SURU STUDIOS label.
Color powder: Tina is 1,69m and wears size S – Markus is 1,86m and wears size L
Color sage: Esther is 1,68m and wears size XS – Marcel is 1,75m and wears size M

100% organic cotton (GOTS certified)
All of our trims and labels are either composed of organic cotton - our main and care label - or made of recycled polyester such as our characteristic woven sage green SURU STUDIOS label. The hangtag, tissue paper and the packaging, in which you will receive your products by us, are all FSC certified. The transparent polybag is biodegradable, as it has been created so that it is capable of gradually breaking down over time.
About the brand
SURU STUDIOS is an urban fashion label based in Berlin with the aim of establishing sustainability in the fashion industry. The brand focuses on creating timeless, sustainable, high-quality basics made of 100% organic cotton. The styles are simple, oversized and above all unisex – because fashion is for everyone. That has no gender! Katharina and Kim developed SURU STUDIOS in 2021 in Berlin during the pandemic. From the beginning it was important for them to ensure a transparent and fair supply chain, and that is what they have reached now!
Ethically produced: All items are produced fairly in GOTS certified factories in Bangladesh. All employees have a working day of a maximum of 8 hours and a minimum of 1 day off. There are several trained employees on each floor who can take the necessary measures to safely evacuate all employees in the event of an emergency. A company doctor is available free of charge at all times, including to discuss non-work related problems. Several times a year, the management organizes a large picnic in which all employees participate.
Eco-friendly: the clothing is made of 100% organic cotton without a mix with synthetic material. All materials are Oeko-Tex certified, which indicates that they contain no harmful substances. The factory has its own water treatment plant.
Vegan: The items are vegan, except for the merino wool hat.
