Fair trade: The clothes are fairly made in Armenia  in a small sewing workshop in a small town. It provides employment for 7 women living in the area. Ayani visits them 3 times a year and spends weeks in the studio working on the prototypes with the ladies. The fabrics come from Izmir, Turkey.

Environmentally friendly: Ayani works with the sustainable fabrics Ecovero™ Viscose  and recycled polyester. Ayani visits this manufacturer once a year to see the new fabrics. This manufacturer supplies fabrics to various sustainable brands in Europe.

Good cause: A portion of the profit from every purchase is donated to NGOs that protect the environment and fight poverty in Armenia.
