Just like Project Cece, Noumenon was born in Amsterdam. Noumenon was founded by Dena Semaite who decided to start her own creative sustainable fashion brand when graduating from Amsterdam's renown Amsterdam Fashion Institute (AMFI). In her (online) store, she now not only sells Noumenon's own items, but also fun and sustainable brands that match with her style and her values.
